Single Age Pension recipients receive up to $1,178.70 per fortnight ($84.19 per day), comprising the base pension rate, Pension Supplement, and Energy Supplement. The Age Pension is available to Australians aged 67 and over who meet residency, income, and assets test requirements. Rates are indexed in March and September each year.
Assets Test
Homeowners can hold up to $321,500 in assets and still receive the full pension. Your pension reduces for assets above this threshold and stops completely at $714,500.
