Partnered Age Pension recipients receive up to $888.50 per fortnight each ($63.46 per day), or $1,777.00 combined. The partnered rate is lower than the single rate because the means test accounts for combined household income and assets. Rates are indexed in March and September each year.
Assets Test
As a homeowner couple, you can hold up to $481,500 combined and still receive the full pension. Your pension reduces above this and stops at $1,074,000.
